I assume that you went to www.yahoo.com (or your country's site) and you clicked on the Mail button under the Hello Elete10. If you are actually hooked to the internet this should take you to your mail. You may have to double click. If not, did this work yesterday but not today? Perhaps there is a server down in your area. If that is the case it should be fixed quickly.
If this has never worked for you then your browser is out of date. For IE click on Tools and Windows update.
