Hmm...I have tried something like this and it didn't work.
I think once you receive an attachment the url of that attachment changes to a file on your mail server. So any link that was given wouldn't be accessible anymore..it would point to a file on the sender's mail server account which you obviously can't access.
There is no need to do this because they can easily open the attachment from their mailbox anyway.
If you find a sneaky method to do this please let us know... :-)

MySpace email verification link won't open?
Can't get rolling on my new myspace page because the email verification link only goes to a blank page. I'm using Windows Vista. I downloaded and tried Firefox but the same thing happened. Any suggestions would be appreciated, can't send anything to anybody on myspace

Either hold down CTRL when you try to access it, or just click on the Tools and allow popups from Yahoo.com or whatever site you're trying to access.

I know that a direct link ie. pasted straight into the browser bar returns a detectable value in Javascript or PHP, but I am curious to know what the 'referrer' value would be if the link was in an email such as outlook express?

In Calendar Sharing set up for view/edit access, the link allows total access to my email Can that be changed?
I signed up one friend to be able to view/manage my calendar. At completion of the sign up, I tested the link which I was given to share with my friend for her instant access to the calendar. The link grants access to my entire email, not just the calendar. I do not want anyone to be able to view my emails or contacts. Is there a way to block this? The only way you can is to add contacts to your address book. You will need to get the email addresses of your friends to fill out the form. Once you have that, click on Contacts and fill out the form that is either at the top of your contacts list or at the bottom, depending on which program you are in.

How do I eliminate the underlining in my email that causes a pop-up link to appear that I do not want?
Place your cursor immediately behind the last letter of the email address and hit the backspace once. It will eliminate the underline and linkage while keeping the address.

My page where I view my mail has changed and I don't like it. I tried to find the button where I insert address when I forward mail and couldn't find it. So I went to options and changed it to where I could see the insert addresses link. I saved the change and restarted the computer. When I hit the insert address button it said internet page could not be displayed. It was the Yahoo blue and white color and giving me a list of reasons why this might be happening. Click 'Refresh' button,clear history,delete offline files from tem internet folder,clean your browser's cache,clear SSL slate,delete unnecessary cookies.
Make sure you have your internet connection ok and you are receiving your data packets with stability and as usual amount.
If you still can't see the writing in your mails, it's usually a scripting error. To fix this:
1. Click on 'Tools'-'Internet Options'.
2. Click the "Security" tab.
3. Click the Internet (globe) icon and click the "Custom Level" button.
4. Scroll way down until you see "Scripting.
5. Enable the following:
a) Active scripting
b) Allow paste operations via script
c) Scripting of Java applets are all enabled.
6. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.
7. Enable HTML texts.
Restart Yahoo! Mail and you should start seeing text in your Yahoo!mail windows.
You may need to checkout whether your anti-viruses' auto- email scanner is filtering out all those your new incoming emails for improper settings.
You need to clearout your browsers cache again by a good cleaner as 'ccleaner' or 'Easy cleaner'
You may need to upgrade your RAM upto 512MB for windows xp sp2

You may possibly have a corrupt cache file -- it makes all KINDS of things go wonky. I clicked a link in an "ebay" email; however, it was detected as a possible phishing site. Please help!
When I got to this site, it looked exactly like an ebay site and asked me to log in. Since the security enabler popped up, I chose not to enter in any information. Am I in trouble or did I make myself any more vulnerable by just clicking the link?

Just to be safe, change your password, soonest. It is unlikely you gave them anything they can use, but still, better to be safe than sorry. Why on Earth did you click on a link in an email which said it was from Ebay? You can right click on the link, copy it and then open notepad and paste it in to see exactly where it was sending you. Just because a link SAYS it is Ebay, does not mean it IS Ebay. When Ebay sends an email, it always has both your user ID and real name that you have on file sent only to the one email address you have verified with them. Any other combination is faked.

I keep getting these emails saying that my bank account has had several failed attempts to log in. At the bottom of the email it has a link to log in but directs me to gelpriboy.ru. I notified my bank but haven't heard back from them yet. Its suspicious and is now driving me crazy.
BTW, I googled the website and its in a different language.

hiya can anybody help me as how you attach a video clip from say Youtube as example into a link in an email? So that when the person clicks the link or address the clip will play.

if you have a web adress bar at the top of your screen... right click the pionter on it..........."it shoud highlight blue " and click copy..................... then when you want to send the link on messenger .... right click the pointer in the msg box and click "paste" to send the link.............. sorry rabbiting on a bit but i hope it helps

not related to your question sort of. I'm the guy who that mix originated from. I have now seen the lyrics and know the song but can't remember at the mo. I think if I had a clip of it I could definatley tell you.
The way to post a link is to copy a piece of the track or just take the whole mix. Put it in an easy to find place like your desktop and then visit megaupload.com. Upload the clip or preferably the whole mix and use my email that you have I believe as the recipient field. also put your email in the box that says your email. then email me with the link you are sent and I will be able to download it and give you a complete tracklisting. The mix was made around 5-6 years ago I think so I'm gonna have to go through my record box but that's cool! if it's you who emailed me already to find out then hey! we're onto a winner! look forward to hearin from ya soon.
