I click insert address, then To: but the address book is not displayed

My "insert addresses" link in email does not work?
Change the order in which you do it. After clicking on Compose, Forward or Reply, click on the "TO" field and your address book will open. After you have checked the boxes next to the names you want to send to, go to the top of the list and click on "Insert Checked Contacts."
