How to attach a video clip as a "link" in email?

hiya can anybody help me as how you attach a video clip from say Youtube as example into a link in an email? So that when the person clicks the link or address the clip will play.


I'm using Hotmail %26amp; want to stick to it but i'm having difficulty with this.Same goes for trying to send pictures from a website %26amp; attaching those in emails too - any help there?


I've a friend in the US %26amp; don't want them to think i'm totally tech-useless - which i am? Any help in plain straightforward English will be v appreciated.Thanks Jackie.

If its just the link you would like to get then add he httml code if the video, or you could copy and paste the address of the site!
Reply:Two meg seems to be the limit, but Hotmail may be more or less. Just send your friend a link to the Youtube site and your troubles will be over. If your friend doesn't want to watch it, he won't. That's what I do.
Reply:make sure your friend .. and you have set your messenger to send links by going into "tools"(in your messnger) "optinos" then "security" and tick the box that says "allow links in the conversation"

sorry if i,m wrong but if you don,t know how to "copy and paste" that might be a problem....


if you have a web adress bar at the top of your screen... right click the pionter on it..........."it shoud highlight blue " and click copy..................... then when you want to send the link on messenger .... right click the pointer in the msg box and click "paste" to send the link.............. sorry rabbiting on a bit but i hope it helps
Reply:find out where its being stored or where it was uploaded to, then just right click the link to go to it, select copy link location, then go back to the email, and paste it, whola, there ya are. its easy, it will not work if you don't know where it is or if you were not the one that uploaded the video, its really easy.
