If you copied it, it's on your clipboard and ready to paste, unless you forgot you did it and copied something else in the meantime. If you did that, that first copy is gone.
I copied a link from my email, now i need to find it so I may paste it to my browser.?
hit the right mouse button when the cursor is over your address bar and choose paste
