How do i create a link and paste it in an email?

i've tried to copy and paste the url from my youtube channel (the one off the main page that the public sees) to emails and bulletins in myspace, but they never work, just appear as plain text. what am i doing wrong?

How do i create a link and paste it in an email?
You may have to insert it as a hyperlink. There should be an option to do that in your program menu (possibly a menu called "Insert"). The icon for inserting a hyperlink typically looks like 1 or 2 links of a chain.

If that doesn't work, try changing the e-mail format (under the format menu) from 'plain text' or HTML to 'rich text.'

If that doesn't work, try typing it as %26lt;a href="paste the url here in quotes"%26gt;Type a short name identifying the link here.%26lt;/a%26gt;
Reply:Try this. Even though it looks like it is just plain text rather than an HTML link. Mail it to yourself. It is possible that it will appear as a link in your inbox. I have had this happen to me on several occasions. Sometimes when I copy and paste the URL into the e-mail it will appear as a link and sometimes not. One other thought which I just remembered and which I think may work. Instead of copying the whole URL, leave out the HTTP in the beginning and copy only the part which follows. Let me know if this works
Reply:u need to scroll down and find the code for myspace and highlight it and copy it and paste in ur myspace (im assuiming u no wer 2 paste it)
