if you can"t remember the security answers


the only other option is if you have used a credit card for yahoo services


put a check in that box for that option at above link





if you have a non yahoo alternate email address you will be asked for your zip code and birth date


if you did not sign up with an alternate email you will be asked your security question





( when you get the new password you can change it to something easier to remember )
