How can I make web page email links work properly, on a computer where I only use Yahoo email?

On clicking a web page email link, I end up in the Internet Connection Wizard, building a new account...

How can I make web page email links work properly, on a computer where I only use Yahoo email?
You would have to have Yahoo default software that used to come with downloading Messenger. But it isn`t available at this time.
