everytime i click on a link in my email messages, pop up appears, firefox has encountered an error and must close, then something appears and says send or dont send error report, so i cant get into any links or pages sent by email, any help please, from computer dummy

Make sure you have the right version of firefox.
I'm sure the latest version is 3.1
Then try, if that doesnt work, uninstall firefox then re-install it.
If that still doesnt work, do a virus scan.
